Totally unprofessional. The form of my assessment says a bunch of assessments that they didn’t do, which is illegal and considered malpractice.

Pedro's Doctor has saved my life, at least twice: Possible stroke and motorcycle accident. It controls my declining health and is making me grow old with its doses of optimism. If I wish health to all the people who do well, I wish her health too, or even more so.

The treatment of my father who was hospitalized for 10 days has been excellent. The attention and human quality added to great professionalism has been unbeatable Thanks to the healthcare staff (doctors, nurses, assistants and guards) and I cannot forget the cleaning staff who greeted us every morning with a big smile.

I went to the emergency room a couple of weeks ago for a sore throat. We had to wait three quarters of an hour to enter with only one couple before us, which, well, usually happens in the emergency room, but the best thing of all was seeing the emergency doctor arrive later than us and also start talking to his mate about the weekend. All while we waited. Furthermore, when he had finished with the couple, it took him twenty minutes to call us to go get a juice (which I'm not making up, we saw him go get it). But hey, that wasn't the worst. When we entered, the doctor, whose name was Néstor (I don't remember his last name), looked at my throat and, without examining me, diagnosed me with plaques for the simple fact that I am more prone to having them. He prescribed me an antibiotic that was not effective and that has caused me to have to be medicated again since I still have plaques after a week. A shameful consultation. Please hire qualified staff and professionals. Health is not a game.

The service has been excellent and very professional. I am very happy with the treatment received and I want to especially thank Doctor Gerardo Martín Martín, dermatologist, for his kindness, decision in the treatment and his clear explanations. Everything a patient needs and expects from a medical professional, I found in his office. I am very glad to have put myself in your hands.
